Our free profitability assessment provides indicative estimates based on the information you supply. These figures are for guidance only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of results. The assessment is provided at no cost and creates no obligation on either party.

4. Incubator programme

Applications to the Profit On Purpose Incubator are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, the terms of the arrangement including equity share, responsibilities, and deliverables will be agreed in a separate written agreement before any work begins.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, design, code, and branding is owned by Progec Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Client work

For paid engagements, deliverables and intellectual property ownership will be defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of custom AI agents and systems built specifically for their business.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
